Mayor's Charge:

1. Determine how much growth we should reasonably expect in the next 20 years
   
2. Identify how we want to prepare for this growth, including priority areas such as infill and downtown
   
3. Assess the adequacy of current funding sources to provide needed infrastructure
   
4. Identify ways to encourage greater regional cooperation
   
5. Review changes in state law and recommend appropriate city response to new growth management statute
